When does the Auction Start and End?

The excitement officially kicks off on February 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM when bidding opens online!

From that moment on, you can bid from anywhere — your couch, your office, or even while counting down to Acoustics for Autism weekend. Watch your favorite items, place competitive bids, or lock something in early with a Buy It Now option.

Bidding will close on March 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM, so be sure to keep an eye on your email for outbid notifications and last-minute action.

How do I Bid?

To participate in the auction, you must:

Already purchased online in a previous year?
Your old login still works! Never fear — there’s always an “I forgot my password” option.

Monitor your email for notifications.
You’ll be notified when you are outbid and can place bids from anywhere!

What are the Buy It Now rules?

Some auction items include a Buy It Now option.

This allows you to instantly secure an item at a set price — no waiting, no competing bids.

It’s perfect if you see something you absolutely don’t want to lose.

Think of it as your fast pass to lock in something amazing before anyone else can.

To keep the auction exciting and fair for everyone:

Buy It Now may automatically terminate once bidding reaches a certain percentage of the listed Buy It Now price.

All Buy It Now pricing and bid activity are actively monitored by Project iAm.

Once removed, the item remains available through standard bidding until the auction closes.

Our goal is simple: create a fun, competitive experience while ensuring the process remains fair for all participants.

When and Where do I Pick Up My Items?

If you are unable to attend during scheduled pickup times, please email [email protected] to discuss arrangements in advance. Please note that we are unable to ship auction items. If you live out of state and are interested in bidding, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to placing a bid.

By placing a bid in the online auction, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. This is a cashless auction, and the debit or credit card associated with your account will automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction.

All items must be picked up during designated pickup hours. Items not claimed during pickup times may be offered to the next highest bidder.

Buy It Now items may also be purchased in person at the Silent Auction Tent during event hours and may be paid for by credit card onsite.
